Probs mit Kizuna Encounter und NeoRage! (brauche romfix.bat!

HAllO!
Hab ich mir doch das Kizuna downgeloaded und es funzt nicht mit NeoRage (mit Mame aber schon!). In der Readme von NeoRage steht:The existing dumps of World Heroes Perfect, KOF 95, Kizuna Encounter all
have incorrect sized roms to run with NeoRAGEx (KOF 95 was correct once
before MAME cut it), so they will not work with NeoRAGEx as they are.

Use romfix.bat to fix these 3 games. Unzip the files below that you want to fix
into the same directory as romfix.bat and then run it. Put the modified roms back
into their zip-files respectively.
Frage: Wo finde ich diese romfix.bat Geschichte? Die ist ja wohl nicht dabei und auf der Rage Homepage habe ich auch nix gesehen.
