Hi und Hallo..
ich versuche nun schon seit längerer Zeit VGS und FF9 zum rennen zu bekommen. Prinzipiell klappt ja VGS auf dem Rechner mit anderen Spielen aber FF9 nicht. Gut, hab ich was gewartet und schwupps kam nen Patch und die Games.txt raus..doch damit tut sich nun rein gar nix mehr mit VGS. VGS hängt sich einfach nur auf.
Hat hier irgendwer mal VGS und FF9 gespielt? Wenn ja, bin ich um wirklich JEDE Info dankbar. Ich hab VGS 1.41, ne aktuelle Games.txt und auch das MOD141 installiert?
Ich bin völlig ratlos..

*update* FF9 PAL on VGS? - March 8, 2001 by aldo
1- Copy your FF9 discs and apply the PPF patch for your version as it's explained in GameCopyWorld.com (search PSX patch PFF). The patches from PARADOX (for all Pal versions) are there. French version requires HYDROGEN ppf.
2- You need the VGS 1.41.
3- Patch it with VGSMOD patch (so, you can play CD-r).
4- Patch it with PSytek's FF9 fix5 file.
5- Copy the latest game.txt v1.14 file to same VGS directory.
Note: Currently, only Final Fantasy 9 Japanese, USA, German, Spanish and French seems to work. FF9 UK does not work, use ePSXe 1.20 instead.
*UPDATE* Apply the patch using PPF-O-MATIC v2.0, and PPF for FF9 PAL French, PPF for FF9 PAL Spanish, PPF for FF9 German. These patches also let you play FF9 PAL in ePSXe 1.20. Read more about this in PSXEMU.COM

VGS und FF9 ??
Ich bekomme es auch nicht hin.
Ich hab VGS gepatcht, auch die games.txt usw, dann Original! CD eingelegt und nichts hat sich getan

VGS und FF9 ??
Ich spiele die NTSC Version mit der gepatchten Version von VGS 1.41. Naja...das Spiel hängt sich bei mir nach der dritten CD auf. Das Spiel selbst ist nicht gepatcht worden.
Ich weiß nicht wie sa ganze bei der PAL Version aussieht.
