Weil du die restlichen 3,5 GB der Grafikkarte zugewiesen hast? :D

Der Triplecore mochte meinen gekühlten Corsair-Speicher nicht unbedingt, es hat eine Weile gedauert bis ich die Ursache herausgefunden hatte. Zu meinem Glück hatte ich zum testen 512 von Kingston zuhause.
Nächsten Tag wurde der gesamte Speicher gegen Kingston-Module getauscht und seither läuft alles bestens.

sagmal Q , hast du alle deine steckplätze mit speicher vollgebaut ? ist das nicht etwas zu übertrieben, ich weis ja nicht mal wozu ich jetz 30,- € für die speichererweiterung ausgegeben hab, der n64 ruckelt immer noch ab und an ...

Mein Mainboard wäre sogar auf 16 GB DDR2 RAM aufrüstbar, aber das würde bei meinem Betriebssystem keinen Sinn machen. Und schon garnicht bei N64-Emulation. ;)

auch wenns dumm gefragt ist, wozu braucht man den so ne speichererweiterung ausser für grafisch aufwändige spiele ?

Okay, nach dem Edit verstehe ich die Fragestellung einigermaßen.

Abgesehen von Spielen kann man so eine Menge Arbeitsspeicher beispielsweise bei CAD- oder Bildbearbeitsungsprogrammen brauchen. Da die Speicherpreise aber sowieso im Keller sind und man 2 GB praktisch für einen Snickers hinterhergeschmissen bekommt, stellt sich die Frage nach der Sinnhaftigkeit für mich nur bedingt. Schaden wirds wohl kaum.

Ist schon etwas älter die CPU und ich hab keine Ahnung, inwieweit die Werte vergleichbar sind, aber auf dem ersten Blick sieht das ja gar nicht sooo schlecht aus ;)
