Wie bringe ich mein blödes MAME dazu States und Highscores zu speichern?

Für die Highscores gibt es eine highscore.dat, die man ins MAME-Verzeichnis kopieren muss.

gibts die bei mame.dk? kopieren und dann speichert der da alles rein??

Ich kopier dir mal die kurze readme.txt hierhin:
this is the unnoficial highscore.dat file version 7.3
place the highscore.dat file in the same directory as your mame.exe is in
** now the unofficial highscore.dat supports some games that use nv ram to save
** highscores, these need special nv ram files that can be
** downloaded at :-
www.mameworld.net/highscore look in the nvram files section.
visit the unofficial highscore.dat website at
www.mameworld.net/highscore
your favourite game not supported yet ??
