Basicly it isn`t a big problem if your selling your stuff here but some guys think that ist allready offending if some strange guys advertise their homepage so we are trying to keep the number of people only registrating to sell things or advertise low.. nothing personal
Well I guess eBay would be your first choice but you are probably allready selling your stuff there. I wouldnt recall many other german boards to sell stuff except the popular swiss games forum "(G)-Forum" http://www.thegforum.ch/
but since this is your first post I will keep your topic open and look how many people serously answer on your question (even if there, in my estimation, aren`t going to be many of them, so it might have been just a waste of timefor you).
